Last night, Kindra was out on the couch watching some TV when she heard somebody walk into the bathroom, pee, flush the toilet, and then walk out of the bathroom – all without turning the light on. A little while later, she heard the same thing, walked into the bathroom, flipped on the light, and found Danica on the toilet:
“I going potty, Mommy.”
Did I mention that Danica did all this while Dad was lying down with her, trying to get her to go to sleep? Sorry, I have a tough time staying awake when I put The Girl to bed.

It's exciting when they first go to the potty on their own. Eventually that feeling goes away and they do it quite frankly to the point of annoying.
Oh, we were excited, too. It's annoying now because she's not good at washing her hands, nor can she reach the light in the bathroom.
